(Oops - late, sorry!)

1) I found a new game on my phone and I'm hooked!
2) I can see the improvements in my health and it means a lot to me.
3) My pain has been milder than expected and that's nice.
4) Simone and Andy found an apartment and are going to start moving stuff there Saturday. (Her stuff is currently on top of all my stuff so I haven't been able to go through everything and get rid of things like I planned/want to.)
5) I got an email from a former student in Japan. <3

Today was a fairly low key day and I'm grateful for the small goals I accomplished and for not having to yet pull out the heating pad. Probably tomorrow though. :/ I can do this! :) My best to you and your efforts to also be thankful in.
