Empanada fun

1) Making empanadas with my classes turned out pretty well. :) 
2) I was able to help some students in my mentor group.
3) I have my tests ready for tomorrow and Monday. 
4) I got to dance in the kitchen during my prep period. It was great!
5) My jhs class is cancelled next week. :D That is a relief! (Those sixth graders are my hardest class.)
